I will verify your insurance benefits and coverage prior to your first appointment and bill your insurance provider on your behalf. I am currently working to be in-network with multiple private insurance providers (see list below) as well as Tricare. If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not provide coverage for my services, my self-pay fees are listed below. Any payment of a deductible and copayment or coinsurance required by your insurance provider is due at the time of service.

If I am Out-of-Network with your insurance provider, payment of my self-pay fee is due at the time of service. You have two options for possible reimbursement:

1) I can submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf and refund you any amount paid by your insurance.

All payments are due at the time of service. Cash, check, and most major credit/debit cards are accepted for payment - this can include flexible spending (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA), if allowed. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.

1.5 Hours | $125/hr | Comprehensive assessment of your nutrition status, history, habits, and needs. This may include a nutrition-focused physical exam, height and weight measurements, assessment of labs or medical tests obtained from your healthcare providers and your responses on intake forms, customized care plan, and a report to your healthcare provider(s) of choice.

1 Hour | $90/hr | Depending on your needs, may include nutrition counseling, education and skills practice, referrals for other services, monitoring your progress and the status of new/existing concerns, addressing barriers, planning your next action steps, and a report to your healthcare provider(s) of choice.

1 Hour | $90/hr | Comprehensive assessment of your lactation status, history, habits, and needs. This may include a breast exam, assessment of labs or medical tests obtained from your healthcare providers and your responses on intake forms, and a report to your healthcare provider(s) of choice. We will discuss any breast/chestfeeding questions you and your support people have and cover topics to increase your chances for success.

2 Hours | $125/hr | Comprehensive assessment of your lactation status, history, habits, and needs. This may include a breast and infant exam, height and weight measurements, assessment of labs or medical tests obtained from your healthcare providers and your responses on intake forms, observation of a feeding session, customized care plan, and a report to your healthcare provider(s) of choice. Depending on your needs, may also include lactation counseling, education and skills practice, addressing barriers, and referrals for other services.

1.5 Hour | $110/hr | Includes reassessment of a feeding session, weight check, planning your next action steps, and a report to your healthcare provider(s) of choice. Depending on your needs, may also include lactation counseling, education and skills practice, referrals for other services, monitoring your progress and the status of new/existing concerns, and addressing barriers.
This fee schedule applies to both in-home and telehealth sessions. All fees listed are based on the typical session lengths noted under each service above with an individual (or mother/baby pair) and will be prorated as appropriate and allowable. Twins and other multiples add $25 for each additional infant. Please contact for group rates.

No Show and Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $25 - this is not billable to insurance. A credit card is required at the time of scheduling your first appointment.
